I'm down with a weekend overnight. I'm in the DFW area, but I don't mind driving a couple of hours to hang.

Cool. Looks like Wichita Falls may be about halfway (about 1 1/2 either way) How's that sound? I'm not familiar with the area, so I'm doing some searching for a good place to hang. I'm not sure what you are up for, so give me some ideas. Did you want to hike in somewhere, or just park and set up the hammocks?

id rather it be a car camp kind of trip cause my wife is 5 months pregnant, and close to water so she can swim and keep cool. im thinking the arbuclkes is sounding like the place ... its about as close to a equal trip for all as we can get ..
