You'll be hard pressed to find any hangin trees near the beach. About the best you can do, as somebody suggested, is hang from the pilings under your beach house deck.

Or, as somebody else suggested, pay $50 each for two cars to drive on the beach and hang from them.

Uh, also, camping on the beach is prohibited virtually everywhere except at a few tree-less designated camp grounds. Sorry to be such a party pooper.

I'm staying in Kitty Hawk. There are a few small trees in the area but if you're headed to corolla then there are plenty of trees for a proper hang.

I rigged mine on the underneath side of the house right near the beach. wonderful nights sleep. I did't even need insulation, the temps were perfect.

Or you could always tie off between the beach access stairs and the lifeguard stand just make sure you are up a little after dawn. I do this when I want to take sunrise pics!!!
