    looking to start hanging

    Hi everyone! just found you guys today. looks like a great place for info. i just got back from the porkies on a 3 day hike and decided that sleeping on the ground hurts too much anymore. thought i'd try hanging and am amazed with the number of products out there. i'm a good sized guy 5'9" 300# and looking for recomendations on what hammocks i should check out. thanks for any help

    Welcome from Arkansas, man a good place to start is with an ENO double nest, you and I are pretty close to the same size and it fits me like a glove and the price is not to bad at all, I have two of them now.

    If Ground discomfort is a reason for hammocking you may want to include "Bridge" hammocks in your research too - worked for me
