I am in whitley county. About 30 min from Cumberland Falls. I would love to attend a group hang and see everyone's gear and how they set up. I am the only hanger I know of locally.�� I can't travel far but if there is a hang close by I would definately try to work it in my schedule.
I own 44 acres with lots of trees on it��. Cumberland river is a very short walk and my Dad actually owns the riverfront property we could walk to. I got a 12 ft John boat and a beat up canoe for running the river in. My woods are woods...not like a campground. But I got tools for clearing out some spots�� and a tractor with a bucket and bush hog. If a few people wanted to get together i am game. Oct 1 to dec 15 is a bad time for me due to fire season eating up all my time and being on call 24/7. I been gearing up for some cold weather hanging though and late dec or jan would be awesome and less undergrowth to contend with. But I hate to wait that long.
Only thing it would cost anybody would be maybe pitching in on an out house lol.
