Welcome from Independence! There are occasionally hangs in the Red River Gorge. A bit of a drive from London, but we'd be glad to have you along.

I'm not from Kentucky but if you guys ever do a group hang please let me know where and when. I live on the eastern edge of Missouri so Red River Gorge is about 6 hours from me and I wouldn't mind driving that far to meet some other hangers. That Red River Gorge area looks really nice!

Well I'm from London, KY. Got bit hard by the hammock bug. Maybe we could do a fall hang when it cools down a little. Good to see so many people representing.
Also very awesome to see a couple of London hangers here. Didn't know there were others.
Mike's is a great place. You can get him to set up any hammock you like and sleep in it. I just ordered a WBBB and it should be in 2 or 3 weeks. Also have an ENO DN that I use as my main hammock currently. A cheap option as well is to check out the DIY tablecloths. I made a couple of those and they turned out nice.
Welcome from Lexington.

Yes, I layed in all the hammocks he has in stock. I have a clark UL and going to get my son GT SB Pro. My first hammock actually and I'm a little intimidated about hanging it. I watched the video and I'm pretty sure I have it except I'm still not sure about the tarp. I live in an apt with no close trees, so maybe I'll try to hang it in the trees at LJ park.
yeah, I've hung in Levi Jackson a little bit. What type of suspension are you using? Whoopies and tree huggers are the easiest in my opinion. Also, for a bit heavier, but super easy, the all-in-one system on whoopieslings.com can't be beat.
Clark's are nice hammocks I hear. Haven't ever seen one in person.
Florence KY!!
