    Free - car roof rack brackets

    Free to a good home ("good" = willing to pay the postage): old style "Quik-N-Easy" roof rack brackets. They fit an older vehicle with gutters above the doors. Add a couple of 2x4s and some eyebolts to make a nice strong rack. Cast aluminum.

    Yep. Just happened to check the site at that time.

    They would be a big improvement over the old ski rack I am currently using as a canoe carrier.

    WV is making them in down filled Cuben/ Carbon Fiber hybrid now .. those where just too heavy and slowing down his ascents in those hills ...
