No they don't. You need to get your own. 1.75 mm Zing it is popular because it is light, does not stretch and is spliceable.

yeah, I have some lash-it. I thought about ordering a set up from whoopieslings.com but it'd be much cheaper to make my own. I also see they use dyneema a lot.
