It's about as hard as making a whoopie. Dynaglide is a little more challenging to splice than Amsteel. There's a backsplice you may have to cut off, but you'll only lose a few inches from your whoopie. After you cut off the backsplice, pull the adjustable loop out, add the Whoopie hooks, then resplice the adjustable bury. Add a backsplice (or knot) and you're done.

I think they are useless unless they're spliced into the adjustable loop, or the fixed loop, or a continuous loop on the hammock. I can't think of a way to tie them on, but you wouldn't want to do that anyway since it would derate the rope.

    OK
I figured I could connect the fixed eye to the hook with a Larks foot, but I guess I was wrong.
    Thanks for your help Silvrsurfr

Mad777 has given you -- trust me, without the quotes -- two different ways of seeing the saving, absolute @ maybe maximum 3 oz / 90g and more likely 2 oz / 0g; or relatively as a fraction of total you started with.

Whatever piece you focus on is going to seem the most important source of weight "savings", and like Zeno, you're always going to be able to squeeze out some more %.

Why do strangers, riders and those who don't ride, approach my bike and with one hand lift it from the back of the saddle? Because they feel compelled to appreciate it in the only weigh [sic] they know how to. Should I tell them all it would weigh 120g less without the spare tube beneath their fingers?

That's an idea, but the rope would have to be less than 1/8" to go through the whoopie hook (designed for 7/64" but I've run 1/8" through a whoopie hook just to see if it could be done). And unless it was a continouous loop you spliced for your larkshead, the knot would derate the rope a lot.

You can larks head the fixed eye of the whoopie directly onto the hammock.

Keep an eye on the "trip planning" sub-forum and take your hooks & whoopies to a group hang. You will find wonderful folks there that will be eager to show you how to splice your hooks into the whoopies. But fair warning; after you've seen how easy it is, you will be splicing every piece of string you see!

Larks head, is that the same way the continous loop with buckles on my WBBB are connected?
Would love to go to a group hang, but I live in Norway and I havent heard of a group hang over here yet.

When I orederd from whoopieslings.com I ordered some 7/64" Continuous Loops with SMC descending rings placed on too.
Do I have to splice them on the whoopies to use them?

That should be just a larkshead again.

Take the loop, pull it through the fixed eye of the whoopie, then pull the other end of the continuous loop through the part you pulled through the fixed eye and cinch it down.
