I have not had a chance to join a group hang. Timing has not worked for me the few I was watching this summer and fall. I will continue to watch and see if any new ones work for me in 2016.Originally Posted by Barren23

That's one happy hammock hanging behind the woods hole shelter on the AT just south of Blood Mountain last weekend. Super windy and 23°.
By the way the garbage bag is my way of keeping my pack dry.

Looks like the perfect spot! Only those who had the foresight to pack extra suspension line get this hang!

That looks like a great stop just to hang. I wouldn't ever go back inside if I had that to look at.
