Backyard test hang of son's HH Scout, and display of my DIY TD stand.
Awesome spot, Shug! Looks to be roughly 3.5 hours or so from me (to central road of Linville Gorge from west Knoxville, TN). That is the kind of thing I'd love to find as long as I can bring the DSLR to play with.
this is in my local national park, the Cuyahoga Valley. i took this from my hammock as the sun rose on my first hang and very first backpacking trip.

Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.
The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn." — John Muir
Awesome Pics yall...Shug you sleep on that cliff overnight? If so, you are more brave than I... I'd be too afraid of forgetting my place for those midnight constitutionals and taking a wrong step.
Nevertheless, it is truly, an Awesome Hang..
Here's a shot from our 2011 Algonquin trip. I was only a hammock lounger at the time, but this was a pretty sweet spot to hang out. ImageUploadedByTapatalk 21364908408.961375.jpg
At least you don't have to worry about the tree at your foot end falling on top of you!
