Did not see a listing on the weight.

No place for the suspension straps to go thru
Does not appear to close at the bottom
Appears to be short for a use with a hammock.

Could work but looks like a few mods would be needed.

Might be a decent cheap source for a diy project... I have two of them in ny back room I keep eyeing for that very same thing... Can't imagine ever going back to a cot...

Weight is 2lbs. I bought one just like it at Gander. I wish this would have been posted before I bought them. I bought two and they were a bit more than this one. Dang dang dang dang.

I did a DYI on one of mine to be like Frokeys. I'm just having trouble finding shock cord. Anyway, we are using two opposite corners and running them on the ridgeline. The other two opposite lines we are tieing them out to add room. It actually makes a really roomy bugnet. I'll try to post a pic tomorrow of it. We still dont have our tarps yet dang it. They were supposed to be here today but didnt show up.

I used that same bug net on my AT Hike in March, I ran my ridge line through the loops and knotted the bottom around my hammock suspension. I was using a sleeping pad so I didn't have an bloodsuckers feeding from under me.
