Hey All,
I am going on a hike in VA next month, and have a HH Ultralight Asym hammock. I have used a blue closed cell pad inside in the past, but don't like the way it deforms the hammock inside. I was thinking of getting the HH Radiant Double Bubble Pad, but I wonder if anyone had tried it, and what their experience was. I expect that the weather wont be too cold on this trip, but would like something that would insulate down to about 40 degrees.
This pad seems like it would be a low cost alternative to an underquilt, at least on nights where temps didn't get below 40-50 degrees. Anyone have any experience with this pad?
Thanks.
