Wow, Just got my new BMBH deluxe and using a Neoair All season 25" wide air pad in the sleeve, it is awesome. I lay completley flat, no squeeze at all, and nice views out and so comfy. I even just deflate the pad and just leave it in the sleeve and roll the whole thing up and fits right into the included BMBH stuff sack.
Where I'm going hiking, I have to go to ground every now and then, so this is a very interesting combination.
