Poop. If it was later in the year I'd go. Things are really tight right now and we are down a car. My little car went poop last night. It no go anymore.

Ah, man! I joined the forums too late! I'd love to make the next trip! I've got all of my gear together, I just haven't found anyone who is serious about backpacking. My friends and I talk about it all of the time, but it just never pans out. Though, I may be able to get one or two to come if that's ok?

there are some serious backpackers in the chattanooga area, we just need to get together. Maybe we should do an easy backpack or car camp hang to get to know each other and talk about where we would like to go.

That sounds awesome! I've only hiked a few of the trails in Cloudland Canyon and whatever bike/hiking trail that winds around Harrison Bay, so I'm looking forward to learning about some new places from you guys. I'm free all next week, but I'll be starting Fall classes after that and will be confined to the weekends.

Well we were in the final prep stages of it and last minute events have made us postpone it... My friend has to go to Mississippi, I have to be in school by the 23rd... so, we are putting it off for a little while... found out as in literally right after I posted that...
