I've ordered things from JRB before and always been happy, no problems. I ordered a foam pad last week and when it arrived, I tore it trying to get some tape off. Within 5 minutes of my email, they replied to say that they would send a replacement. Within 30 minutes, I got a notice that it had shipped.
How do they do it?
