Hello everyone. What a great thing you have going on here. I used to do a bit of car camping years ago (until I sold my property in the country). Tent, sleeping bags, bags of stuff, buckets of stuff, more stuff. As I have gotten older I find I am less interested in hauling it all and more interested in a simpler approach. Still have the stuff but use it less and less. I even sold the country property. Now, I really find the small footprint and minimalist nature of hammock camping incredibly attractive. I have a Warbonnet Traveler now and plan on getting some great hang time as the weather cools off and we move into the fall. The idea of not moving rocks and sticks around is also a plus because I'm getting pretty lazy. And I am really looking forward to reading and gaining from this huge knowledge base.
