    Completely Addicted From MN

Since I've been obsessed with this site for the past three months, I thought it was time to become a member to this wonderful site. About three months ago I bought the book The Ultimate Hang. The day I received the book I was on my seventh consecutive 12 hour day at work, and was completely burnt out. The moment I got home I started the book and didn't stop till I read it twice. The next day I went and picked up and ENO singlenest. Then I went to a the hardware store and picked up some heavy duty eye loops to screw into the studs in my garage. The moment it was set up in the garage, I completely understood why an entire book was written on the subject. I was in heaven. I had to control myself not to max out my credit cards on more wonderful hammocks. My Girlfriend came home and thought I as insane.......until she tried it out for herself. Needless to say the next day I bought an ENO doublenest and more eye loops, so we could both hang in our free time. When we started spending more time in the garage then in the house, we decided to buy some Hennessy Hammocks. So we could take our love of hammocks to the outdoors. Now I have got the DIY bug and have been spending most of my time on this site, looking for my first project. So this is my hello to this great community, and my thank you for all the great information I've already learned.

    Derek wrote an awesome book.

Welcome to the forums and keep on eye out for the Fall Northern Hang thread. Planning should start on that in a month or so.

Welcome to HF, a therapy group full of enablers. Actually, the nicest, most helpful people I have found on any forum.

Welcome from AL! I agree, there sure is a lot to read about and learn here at HF! After much HF research, I just purchased my second hammock today!

"Hang" in there. Sounds like you're off to a great start!
