bag liners

Can anyone suggest a lightweight and fairly inexpensive bag liner( under 40-ish)?
I almost bought one before i noticed it was 22 ounces....

On a recent trip I was a little chilly at night. I have a bag and an underquilt, but they would be overkill in this weather. I think a bag liner is all I need in the summer. After doing some searching i see the prices and weights vary rather significantly, and not always inversely. You'r thoughts and experiences are appreciated.

Military poncho liner....cheap, light, works great for warm weather. This is all I took on a paddle/hang last weekend. I think they also weigh about 23 oz though.

I was in Academy Sports today and picked up one of these: I took it out and it seems to be well made. It's light and it packs down very small (smaller than a soda can.) I figured for $15 I'd give it a try.

I personally prefer the Sea-to-Sumit Reactor series - they bust your budget of 40ish, but with a coupon or sale you can find it pretty close. They have 3 different models, all different weights and temps -
Something important to keep in mind with liners and their temp range - there is no standard for temp range measurement, this means that company 1 can say their product is got to 40* while company 2 can say their product (made of the same material as company 1) is good for 15* of added benefit. When buying consider your own sleeping habits, do you sleep warm or cold? If warm, you're probably spot on with the ratings listed, maybe even better. However if you sleep cold I would take at least half of what they state and bring extra clothes(or something to ensure you stay warm in cold temps).
Like I said, I prefer the reactor series, and my fav is the extreme - I sleep warm in a house, but cold outside, so it keeps me very happy - plus it doubles as my summer sleeping 'bag' in the dead of summer.

Just a subjective experience, but I got cold on a pad with a liner at around 60 degrees.

This may seem randomly OT, but sometimes you can add just a little bit more warmth to your sleep system simply by covering your head (like perhaps by wearing a hat).

I used THIS liner on my last trip with just a refltix pad between the two layers of my Blackbird. Worked great!!

Don't know why I didn't think of this before, but I made myself a summer underquilt two years ago. It is not pretty, I only used it a few times before I replaced it with a real underquilt. It weights about 15 oz, if I recall, and a little bulky, but it kept me warm down to about 50° or 55°. Once you are warm underneath, it is easy to stay comfortable on top.

I cannibalized the shock cord, but you could easily pick up something to replace it from Joanns for a few $$$. I will bring it in to work tomorrow, if you want to swing by and pick it up.
