Loop turner

Is that true? I have what I think is a bodkin, and it's a big sewing needle with a large eye, and not as pointy. I use it for running drawstring through channels.

This is the loop turner that I bought.

Yup, a bodkin is a bluntish needle with a big eye for pulling "stuff" through a channel.

FWIW, the "loop turner thingie" is a bodkin. WalMart's version is bulkier than some I've seen.

Struck out at Michaels so I headed over to Wally World... Found it! Looks like the one in the link posted by Lustreking and in the video posted by gmcttr above.

All I need now Is some Amsteel.

Done! It was so much easier than the wire I had previously used. I had no trouble with 1.75mm stuff.
