    Hello from NW PA!

New to this site, and have enjoyed all of the info so far! I am looking into buying a Hennessy Expedition Asym Classic hammock. From everything I've read and watched on YouTube it seems to meet my needs. I plan on doing some light weight over nighters and a hammock looks like a no brainer! I realize everyone has an opinion, but would like some input from the folks on this site who actually know the ins and outs! Thanks in advance!!

Welcome! You're right everyone here does have their opinions - HH ExUL and ExD owner myself - love the comfort of the ExD, but love the weight of the ExUL - I soooo want to get a HH Safari... I'd expect it's more comfortable than the ExDL

    Good luck on your journey!

Hey! We are nearly neighbors. I live in Hadley, over near the winery. I go to the ANF quite a bit which is not far from us. Welcome to the addiction!
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.

Welcome from SC. I don't know how tall you are, but you may find the Expedition a bit too short. I prefer the Explorer, namely the Explorer UL zip model. It is a great hammock. If you have a little bit more to spend, I would recommend the Deep Jungle, which has a double bottom. The double bottom is great for pad use, and insects can't get you thru it. The material on the DJ is so soft and comfy too. Of all the Hennessey hammocks, I prefer the Deep Jungle. I actually like the DJ better than the HF well loved WBBB.

Welcome! I'm only 1.5 hours north of you at Chautauqua Lake, NY. If you're up this way let's hang together. Lots of beautiful places to go on loads of State land.
