I need a hammock but don't know what to get, these are the ones I've checked online so far:
1. Warbonnet Traveler
2. WL night Owl
3. Switchback
Coming from and Eno DN I do not like the floppiness of the sides, I don't like feeling trapped with no view, I wouldn't like a attached bug net because I know I'd feel claustrophobic. It has to be a Double layer due to my height/weight 6'/270lb. Please help
The WL is a longer hammock than the other two and may be more comfortable for you. The extra length helps eliminate the calf ridge pressure that can happen with gathered end hammocks.

+1 on what Bubba has said. All fine hammock from great vendors but the WL is longer (which taller people find mor comfortable) and has the Knotty mods of shock cords on the side helping to eliminate floppiness.

+1 on 11 ft. hammocks. I haven't seen a Night Owl, but it sounds very nice, though a bit heavy. The Warbonnet Traveler is a popular hammock, but a foot shorter.
I don't see any insulation in your profile. If you're going to be using a pad, then a double layer will be much more comfortable. I've got a Buttinasling double layer, and I like the versatility. I can use pad or underquilt, or both.
Not sure about the double layer other than for the weight capacity. It gets really hot here in FL so I was thinking on getting an UQ for those few times when temperature here really drops. How do you like your BIAS, can you compare it to other hammocks?
Have you considered a bridge hammock? im about your size, and the bridge is light years away from anyother hammock I have tried, when it comes to comfort etc. Just a suggestion!
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
