I decided to do an overnighter to campsite 69 on Forney Creek Trail as my first hang. It went successful, I just did a simple hike from Clingman Dome to the campsite and back. My hiking partner did a little fishing along the way and caught a couple trouts. Anyway, here a picture of the hammock for its first night in the backcountry. I still need to practice setting it up, but I'm looking forward to many more nights in a hammock. I would post more but too lazy to upload some creek pictures and all. Need to get my leg muscles to stop aching.
