    Pad sleeve question

    Hi everybody,
Just spent my first night in my Claytor and I have a quick question. I inserted my blue cc pad in between the layers. However when I roll around the top polyster layer is very loose and I get twisted up in it. My torso almost ended up between the layers right on top of the blue pad. Any ideas? Thanks for all the great info on this forum.

I use a Oware type of CCF pad is seems "stickier" than your typical walmart ccf pad so I don't have that problem.
I do know that other Claytor owners (I'm investigation this option myself) have sewn some velco to hold the top layer of nylon together with the side (imagine the velcro just under the zipper and above the sewn in company tag) This would help solve your problem, I think...

Thanks for the tip. I'm not brave enough to sew velcro on my new hammock yet. If I come with something I'll make sure to post. Thanks.
