We should be having a meeting some time next weekend. I'll post more info then.

I will probably have something done that those making food can print out by then if I get some time at work.

I guess we need to start seeing what everyone is planning on bringing for dinner on Saturday night.

I will be bringing my smoker this year, not my brothers dual smoker/gas grill. There will be plenty of room if someone needs to cook something on it. It will be on from early morning until after dinner.

Looks like I'll be making a Bacon Bomb for lunch(not making enough to feed everyone, sorry) and I'll be smoking a pork butt for dinner. 1/2 pulled pork, 1/2 sliced pork.

    What is everyone else thinking?

I can bring my Coleman two burner I have a griddle that can be lain across for frying, I'll also toss my chuck box in the car. It has a second griddle a pan, 2 coffee pots and a couple pots for soups and boiling water, not to mention a place setting for 4 people. It's my car camping set that I've been slowly building.

I'll only have one on, and I'll have the grate over the coals so if you don't want to smoke something and want to grill it you can.

The top rack will also be open.

Cool if you will only be using one then the second will be open, so if you don't mind I may use yours for a slab of beef since your making pork???????

Unless you think something else would work better (different meat, or cooking method)?
