Hi guys. If there is room my wife and I would love to go. Being new to hammocks but not camping and having never been on a group hang before I have a couple of questions.
Is there a cost for the trip/camp site area? Will we need to bring with us anything other than the obvious gear/ food needed for the weather conditions.
Thanks , Joe.
A camping permit is required, $3 for NJ residents, $5 for out-of-state. Somebody usually collects the cash from everybody and gets the permits from Batsto Village.
It's car camping, so you can pretty much bring everything and the kitchen sink. And don't worry about room - Batona Camp can handle plenty of folks.
Thanks SS.
