Is it at all possible to obtain an easement on the adjacent land to connect to the Cumberland trail? Although 2 miles is a whole lot of easement hehe. Just thought it would be really cool to connect to that
Also, if you are doing this for cash flow it might not be wise to limit your market to hammocks only...

I live in Dayton and HC in Laurel-Snow very often. Would love to see the place sometime.
Same im in northern va and would be willing to help, i have experience in carpentry and pipe fitting. I do live about 4 1/2 hours away so i would love to come down this summer sometime.

I stayed at Country Bumpkins over Memorial Day weekend with my kids. At that time (still non-peak season) it was only about $4 more per night than Lafayette, and it's very convenient to route 93. Right in Lincoln off exit 33. Not much there in the way of things to do inside the campground for kids, but would be a decent launching point for a hiking weekend.
