    Setup with Stingerz

Thought I would share a few pictures of my tarp setup with the Dutchware Stingerz. I had a little trouble getting an idea of size/scale before I got them and thought this might help those wondering. So far they work great.

I tied a loop to the eye ring on the Stinger, went around the tree, around the hook, then just wrapped the line around the antennas. They have a good bite to them and just wrapping it held up to some light rain. I would probably tie it off overnight though.

Total weight with WB Edge tarp + stuff sack and all lines: 10.9 oz.

Thanks for the pics. The sense of scale is sometimes missing. I am considering a similar setup.

Is that 2.2mm Zing-it you are using there?

It's 1.75mm. I assume it's Zing-it, though I'm not sure. I got it from Warbonnet with the tarp.

Like a Tarp Flyz, a Stingerz is setup to comfortably accept 1.75 mm Zing-it or Lash-it. We just sent out a pait of stingerz with the small hole spliced onto 1.75 zing-it with a small locked brummel and the other end of the line finished with another locked brummel. I will be taking photos of all custom Dutchware in the future to post here, sad i missed this one.

I like the idea of a locked brummel on the Stinger end, but what would the brummel on the other end be used for?

You don't have to tie them off,,dutch's stuff holds,,try it,,no knots needed on the stingerz.
