So the pronest is lighter than the regular singlenest and it is 1' 4" shorter and 1" less wide. I am 6' tall and around 180lbs, will the pronest be any less comfortable than the singlenest for someone my size?

I suspect it will be less comfortable for a person your size. The 1" less width is not a problem, but the 1' 4" less length will make it hard for you to be comfortable. I have used both and find the Pronest harder to get comfortable in and I'm only 5' 6". I think it could work if you are trying to lighten your backpacking load, but then you'll be aware of the compromise and willing to accept it.
I bought the singlenest. I don't really need to have the lighter one.
I am 5 11" the single nest should be just fine.
