I'm not detecting much interest in the pot-luck idea...which is cool. Shall we just nix that idea now before we end up with a dinner consisting of only beans and potato chips?

Them not talking doesn't mean anything Oregon lol. There just getting through there week so they can go. So far the best potlucks I have just been to, people just brought what they normally do and we shared if we wanted too.

Closest thing I have seen to a "potluck" was the Washington Coastal Hang where we had quite a bit of food. (Steaks, Patatos, grilled vegis. lots of beer)
It doesn't take a lot, if a couple people pack a bit of food it works. I will try and pack a grill of some sort to cook on, and I will bring something food related. If you can bring a bit extra food, but I dont think you need to pack for 20+ people. imagine buying 20 steaks.. Ouch.. It always works itself out

Is there a suggested donation for the pulk raffle?

I'm looking forward to this weekend, so much so that I dreamt about snowing shoeing and camp fires last night.

10-20 I will post it up by tomorrow sometime.
Its towards a good cause and 20 really isn't all that much. It would be nice if we could get the cost of the sled at least as a donation.

I cant wait to be out there....
