As far as sizing, snugpak doesn't sell these in any sizes, it's one size for all.

Personally, I'm a 19.5 in torso and a 34 in waist. This pack is a little short for me, but it's also military style so it's meant to work with a big gun belt if needed. I'm able to cinch the belt tight.
