Kelty External Frame FS

I have a Kelty External Frame, size M, in my possesion. I am unsure of the exact model name or year, but I personally believe it to be very close relative to the Kelty Tioga from the mid 90's. It is in very good shape, maybe a 3400-3800 ci pack with a tough packcloth type material. Weights approximately 4.2 lbs. A couple of minor discoloring or stain marks, but nothing major at all. The waistbelt has a 1/4" split on the bottom (see pic) that could be mended with a needle/thread in 5 minutes. .... I bought it along with another pack from a older local couple. This one is too small for my 5'10, 195 lbs frame, so I am willing to let it go for $40 shipped USPS CONUS......

This is baffling. I figured a hunter or a trail maintainer would have scarfed this thing up, he's giving it away. I should note that Kelty still honors a lifetime warranty on these packs, they repaired a zipper for me 20 yrs after I bought it.
