    What's in your gear hammock?

I'm happily planning still more things to make, like a gear hammock for all the stuff I want in reach at night.
Based on what I've kept on hand in the past (on the ground) I'll want:

glasses (blind as a bat, I am)
    headlamp
    watch
fuzzy hat (unless I'm already wearing it)
    bottle of water

Those of you who have some kind of gear hammock, what do you have it it?
I'll hang this from the structural ridgeline.

Chapstick. When it's cold, I often wake up in the night with dry lips.

I keep my camp shoes (croc wanna-be) from the ridgeline. I am absolutely forbidden to go without some sort of foot protection indoors, outdoors it is unthinkable so they need to be real handy.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

My gear hammock is at the foot of my hammock... normally it has my near empty pack, ist aid kit, clothes bag

Food and toiltries bag is in the trees, water bladder is attached to the foot end tree, pots are left out, waldies are on the ground right where my feet will be when I swing out of the hammock....head lamp and glasses are in the personal pocket of the hammock.

    That is everthing.

Whatever clothing I'm not using as a pillow, my sundries bag (first aid, repair kit, compass, firestarter, etc), and if it's raining I'll put my pack in...otherwise I'll just hang it from the support. Other than that, just whatever odds and ends I happen to have at the moment...I don't carry very much extra.

But I put my headlamp on the ridgeline right above my head so I don't have to look for it in emergencies.

MP3 player is on my chest or in my hand(s) when in use, or goes in the pocket on the hammock (by my head), ear plugs are in the pocket too.

Hung from my ridgeline: Belt pack (wallet, knife, camera, pain killers), Glasses & bandanna .

Hung from the ridgeline between the hammock & ring buckles: Pack, Boots.

Leaving for my gear hammock: Headlamp in my camp shoes, Water bottle, book (if I have one).
When you have a backpack on, no matter where you are, you’re home.
PAIN is INEVITABLE. MISERY is OPTIONAL.
