Not to continue the dive into name calling, but that response cracks me up.

I wish him and his company the best in what they do. He has done a great job selling to the US military and the contractors that support them. The Bag is nice, the customer service was not what I would have hoped for.

I've got one. Good bag. Never had a problem with it, (knock on wood). From the sounds of it I should get ready for a DIY repair sometime in the future.
