NatGeoWild- Climbing Redwood Giants
I was watching a show on the study of the Redwood trees of Southern California, and a scientist named Steve Sillett climbs to the top to study the canopy, and spends the night in the crown....IN A HAMMOCK!
Good thing he went to the top, otherwise he would have needed bigger tree straps
So it got me thinking, what is the biggest tree someone has hung from??

When we camped on Cumberland Island we hung our hammocks from the long branches of the old oaks. It's the only time I've ever hung from a single horizontal tree limb.
Everyone ought to believe in something....I believe I'll go set up the hammock!
