Wow $700 that's awesome. Thanks again rev for putting this together and to everyone that came out to hang. I'm sorry I had to leave early but I had a great time regardless.

Awesome news about the donation amount! It's great to be able to give back in such a big way.

All of the food was awesome. Can't forget the kabobs, beans, coleslaw, pasta, etc.

Definitely a great group. If you haven't been to a hang you don't know what you're missing. Not only is it a great way to see gear up close and personal but it's also a way to make great friends. Several people had multiple hammocks up for people to try and everyone's willing to share their knowledge.

He sent the park manager a cell pic of it splayed out on the counter and asked for my phone number so the manager could call me when i got my phone charged. THANK YOU to all that participated and made that happen for the park
That is FANTASTIC, glad I could help in a small way, sounds like a great event... I'll have to put this one on my calendar next year...

This was such an awesome hang. My husband and I had a wonderful time and want to thank Rev for setting it up, and thank all the great folks for making it such a wonderful hang. It was great to finally put faces to the folks I from the forum. My face got burnt from being out in the water with everyone and acting like a fool. Great times were had by all.
It was great to have several noobs with us, and I hope they truly enjoyed the event. I won a couple items from the raffle and want to thank all the cottage vendors for their wonderful donations. We sure have some great cottage vendors don't we???
All the food was awesome thanks to the cooks and thank you Tato. ummmmm the BBQ was so tasty.
One warning, I don't recommend taking a boat or jetski to this lake unless you know it fairly well, it is full of stumps. I brushed the side of my jetski up against a stump. (praise God I was going slow after I saw a stump just below the surface) I immediately took the jetski out of the water and went swimming with everyone else. The jetski is fine.

I was disappointed no one had a WBRR for me to try out.
I look forward to next years....

I absolutely had a great time this weekend and was glad to finally put a face to so many. This was my first group hang and I can't wait until the next one.

Thanks Rev for an awesome event. Thanks to all who donated to the raffle which gave us the means to raise so much money for the park. Thanks to all the great HF members who are the real reason we do these hangs. I enjoyed meeting you all and seeing all of the great gear and different setups.

Ready for some pics if anyone has some to upload.

we had a few people fighting over the pillows paul...there def was unrest when someone put their hands on one during selection...HA

From my quick mental calculations, every dollar of donated gear's value went to the park, which is awesome!

Thanks again REV for such a great hang. Max and I had a blast. Can't wait till we can do it again. Still a bit burned across the shoulders from playing in the lake for 3 hours. But "aerial kayaks" was so worth it. Thanks LAND, CJ and Junebug for playing along. And TATO for his awesome BBQ and stoves.

P.S. Gladius , next time I'll see if I can't get my friend who is a trauma surgeon to come along to take of your injuries.
