Maybe I'm missing something, and I'm sorry because I know this sounds like a real cityboy thing to say, but since the previously leaked outlaw coordinates are right in the middle of a road, couldn't we just drive there instead of possibly breaking camp in the rain, hiking in the rain, and setting up again in the rain, and hoping Stone still has his load of dry wood in his backpack?
I remember walking through slagle creek a couple of times. Fires OK? Was planning on throwing some wood in the truck.
There will be more wood available at Slagle Creek but dry from the car will always help.
I have a bit I am bringing also.
Good luck,
RED

I'm waiting for the 101% chance of rain, i think that'll be my threshold for not coming.

Thank you Red. I'm still learning how to use these computer things. Google pointed me to a road 0.4 miles west of the coordinates. Now that I'm zooming out, I see my mistake.
Okay, so we've got wood covered for Friday night, the nice dry night. What are wood plans for Outlaw after we set up camp in the rain?
