Old Rag Mtn Quilt Long - Customer Service

I order an Old Rag Mtn Quilt two weeks ago and received it promptly. The craftsmanship and quality of the quilt far exceeded my expectations. I used it one night and as I was laying there I thought to myself, I'm sure happy I got the long and not the regular. When I got home I checked the package and realized they had sent me the regular and that is why it felt kinda short to me. I called them up last night and left a message. He returned my call the this morning was very apologetic, accommodating, and told me they would have a new quilt on the way today. I also had a few question regarding the down material which he answered. I was very pleased with my experience despite the mix up on their end.

The ORM is one sweet quilt. I'm excited to get out in the frigid temps again this winter!

Yeah, the regular performed well but it only got to around 50*. I'm waiting on a 0* incubator for HG, and the return of my DN from ENO. Can't wait to get out there in the teens.

Their customer service is top notch. While I was out on The AT in February, I emailed them on a Saturday morning about getting a Mount Washington 4 quilt from them. I believe it was Pan who contacted me less than an hour later. He completed the sale over the phone and then mailed the quilt to my next town resupply. I wasn't expecting to hear from them until Monday morning.

The Old Rag Mountain, which is my winter top quilt of choice, is a great piece of gear too!
