Late in seeing, shame on me, DuoHam ???????

OK I was gone, still catching up on all the vids while away.
Did every one notice ---though a short blurb--- the hammock that is both
gathered end and/or bridge, here at 0:54 seconds:

Amazing work again by HNO (Hangnout)..can't decide on a gathered end? tempted by a bride? How about both for the price of one.
    MORE info please Hangnout!
Love the vid, all the lightweight gear-esp. the lightweight canoe Rayne is tooling around in.
Also very nice 2Sticks to have your own kayak instructor and by the way you are very welcome

Griz introduced us to the dual mode hammock a few years ago. I made one and couldn't seem to get it dialed in the way I liked it. But part of the problem was that I couldn't get out of a top loading hammock. This one worse than others. The other thing I found was the gathered end was very narrow and lent itself mostly to a center line position. I greatly prefer a diagonal lay. But it was a cool concept and I suspect someone with better design skills than mine could adjust things so they worked better.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

Link to thread about this hammock

Grizz gets the credit for the dual mode hammock concept. I have only used a few times. I get the same quality sleep in either mode but if it is storming I can go to GE and bring the tarp in close for better protection. It weighs somewhere in the upper 20 oz so it does not make too many backpacking trips

I think I cracked a vertebrae when I read '20 ounces', is that with your hiking poles as spreaders? I guess I got spoiled this weekend looking at the 4.5 ounce m55 but it wouldn't be 4.5 ounces at my weight. Still I hope some are pushing this concept for those on the fence.
