that's true, tapatalk does not allow you to use tags or to search for tags. One could only hope that it will be implemented in future updates of the app.

That being said, you can go and add tags later, when you have access to a desktop. If you don't have a desktop - well, that presents issues. But remember, someone else can tag it for you.
