Soooo... went to a friends place for a big barn raising/ bush party. Great time lots of laughs.
BUT!
A friend of mine borrowed my explorer deluxe (which is my favourite hammock), and was eaten alive wherever the skeeters could get at him through the bottom of the hammock. I slept in my GT without a big net and woke up with not a drop of blood shed. Now I've slept in the HH a couple of times and stayed skeeter bite free-but has anyone else run into the bottom layer being thin enough to have the nasties after you? I've always felt that the HH material is thicker then the ENO and GT stuff which seems to have the biggest worry. Guess I was wrong, ha!
