    new guy in need

Hi all I am just getting back into the woods after having left GA to live in NYC and am in need of a hammock/ Hammock rig. I am 260lbs (at 5' 7" it is a mix of muscle and a bit of purge) and more then likely will be putting on more the muscle mass as I am training for an event. I am willing to play in most price ranges and seem to miss every sell... so be the ways. I would love it if any of y’all have something lying around you don't need, or if you have a good cheap Idea for me to just get started.
    Thanks

What types of gear are you interested in? Just the hammock, or are you looking to go whole hog with quilts and a tarp? What are the lowest temperatures you think you'll hang in?

A cheap way to play and a great hammock believe it or not is the Walmart hammock! Under $25.00 and holds up to 300 lbs . I found it to be larger than the Eno double and more comfortable to boot ! But that's my opinion ! A lot of folks believe in spending big bucks on gear and I'm not one of them!

I have a tree to tree switchback hammock 1.9 dbl layer (custom pink) and I have a TON of room. I was bigger when I first got it a couple years ago (about 275) and it worked great and still to this day it is my absolute favorite hammock. I can turn easily and it isn't tippy.
