    Getting cool tonight

The weatherman predicts that the temperatures will drop to 48* tonight. Great night to temp test my UQ and TQ. I don't recall ever getting excited about 48* before I started hanging!
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!

Haha. Yeah I was excited about the cool weather too. Last night it got down to 39 at my house. I hung my hammock out on my deck.

I will be in the back yard tonight testing my pad and bag combo. I was in the hammock 3 nights in a row and lastnight I was in the big king bed and woke up with sore shoulders and back.....back to the hammock tonight.

Got down to 51 here last night. Found the bottom end of the comfortable temperature range for my PLTQ/PLUQ combination.

Went out to the garage just a little bit ago and the skies are clear and the temperature is wonderfully crisp. So wish I could be out in the woods tonight!

    Low tonight: 52* AWESOME!!!

I understand the excitement. Last night was supposed to get down to the low 30's. I was anxious to see how low I can go with my PLUQ. It only got down to 41 and now is going to warm up a bit so it looks like more testing will have to wait.
I don't remember looking forward to colder weather back when I was tent camping

Good for you! I get excited too, as the cool nights are few and far between 'til our short winter gets here.

I slept out last night @ 68deg just so I could get out!!! Getting down to 50's tonight but I probably won't hang - my wife agreed to get up early to walk so I'll sleep inside tonight....I'll just live vicariously thru you!
