    sailmate neoprene...uses?

ok...so I have come across a lot of stuff called sailmate. it is about 1/8" thick and is a stretchy neoprene covered on both sides with lycra or spandex type material. seems very insulating and is very waterproof. any thoughts on uses? I was thinking it could be a pad for my hammock or it could be a hammock or I could make a vest etc...
I am very interestef to hear other suggestions.
I will get pics and weight on here ASAP as well as stretch, waterproofness, and sewing tests. I do know it is very hard to cut.

Pot coozies, socks for winter hanging if you can deal with condensation? Sit pads? Just a few ideas.

Like Pag said, coozies, definitely sit pads.
Also, padding in backpacks, insulated grocery bags, handle cushions for lots of stuff...

It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

    Kayak spray deck.

Is it glueable with rubber cement?
