i am pretty sure ill be able to come saturday.
I am a go for this. I should be there by 4 pm on Friday. I will keep an eye out for where everyone wants to be the first night.

My vote would be John Schultz the first night since it's only 30 minutes from the HQ for the late arrivals and then take a circuitous route to arrive at Heffern's Hill for Saturday night.
My brother and I will be up there Thursday night for anyone who wants to get an extra night in.

Hefferns Hill is large, 3 separate firepits, 5 minutes from Paint Creek which is a nice trout stream.
Trees for hammocks are largely on the perimeter of the site with the exception of one area that will support 4 - 5 hammocks. All in all, I think it's a better site because of the available water.

Also,
as of now it sounds like my 13 year old son, HeadRush will be hanging with us.

Looking forward to this. Just ordered a Fourdog saw for cutting firewood. Assuming it's ok to gather wood in the park right?

Sounds like a good site.... Especially with the wood and the H2O situation. So John Schultz Friday and Heffern's Hill Saturday!
I might try and squeak out another day and stay Sunday night too... Anyone else game for that?
