Just ordered my New River UQ and have a noobie question

This is my first underquilt...ordered for my WBBB1.7 DL.... I ordered the 6' regular length uq (I'm 6'). My question is to those with this set-up...Should I have gotten the long, or am I ok with the 6' regular length.
I figured I should be fine especially with all the 3/4 length users out there, but is it the best fit for the blackbird? I also ordered the Triangle Thingies too.
I should mention that I am a bit of a "warm sleeper" usually needing to let some air in from time to time, especially in the foot area.

Thanks for all replies; they are much appreciated.
    Happy Hangin'

If you're a warm sleeper this UQ should fit your needs. Like anything though, real world experimentation is necessary to find what works best for you. Pics of the new piece of gear when you get it!

Well I received my New River quilt today and I am very pleased.
I used the stock mini carabiners to position the quilt where I wanted it length-wise, and triangle thingies to hold it up....also the bug net tie off on the WBBB lined up perfect with one of the side loops on the quilt which kept the quilt in perfect position for the footbox.
This was truly easy to set up right for a beginner like me, and the warmth was amazing.
There's a nice cold front coming in tonight so I gonna do a backyard overnighter to kinda shake things out. I'll have different types of top layers to try to see what will be adequate for me, but don't think I'll need too much judging by this afternoons trial.
No more sleeping pad for me!

Let us know how it works out for you. I'm trying to decide between the full or 3/4 length.
Everyone ought to believe in something....I believe I'll go set up the hammock!

Will get pics up soon, but have to say the temp dipped to 30 degrees (thats the lowest I saw before falling asleep) and with a 30 degree bag unzipped and draped over myself plus the UQ I was toasty.
Slept in a pair of flannel pajamas bottoms, and a tee shirt and bare feet. Actually needed to ventilated a couple times before drifting off to sleep.
No more sleeping pads for me!
