Sweet score! I've been hitting yard sales, Goodwill, thrift stores. and the flea market like it was my job lately.
I used to be a somebody, now I just camp.
I always look out for camping/military items at yard sales, but didnt think of the potential down. Thanks for the great idea!
Yeah, there are some great deals to be had out there. You just have to go to a lot of yard sales to find the good stuff. I was actually in Pennsylvania visiting family when my mother and I happened upon this one with the down comforter. My mother about fell over when the lady said $1. Actually I almost fell over too.
