Love my new Incubator

I had received my new incubator just hours before leaving for a weekend of hanging in Northern Michigan. The first night had winds 30-40 knots, I spent only about 5 minutes dialing in the UQ (It fit that well from the box)and it was WONDERFUL.

I was not only impressed by the quality (as I had with my phoenix) but also the customer service. They were able to have it completed and sent to me in time for my trip. Thank YOU!

The UQ was like sleeping in my own cocoon, very warm and comfortable without having to worry about a pad. Unfortunately I couldn't just hang there all day long.

Thank you for such a wonderful quilt and getting it to me in time!

The Incubator tends to snap right into place, I've never used any extra hooks, cords, etc.
