Where's Islander? Do we have a patch? I bet he knows how to do a Low Country Boil.
But if we cant get that going & someone wants to smoke some meat instead I have a recipe for BBQ Beans that makes 6qts. If someone wants to make that. I'd bring it but I'm flying and it's difficult to get it past security you know!

I can do baked beans Saturday night in my DO. I plan to spend a lot of time in the kitchen this year. Like Grinder, I'm eager to work with directions!

I can do the boil or smoke some meat. If we do the boil, just need ED to give us his contact where he gets the shrimp from. He got some good prices for the shrimp. Matter a fact, planning on helping with the cooking as I have the last couple of hangs.

I have 2 sets of Cornhole boards to set up a cornhole tournament if anyone would like to volunteer to run it. One set is branded with the HF logo and the other set was donated by the company I work for, a liquor distributor. So one board is Jameson branded and the other Absolut. I'll provide the boards, bags, scorecards, and a couple of prizes, just need a cornhole knowledgeable person to run it.

Also was thinking about doing a trashcan turkey or cook it with radiant cooker for those who don't eat pork.

I did. I might actually get last year's pictures posted before the next one. I can't believe I've slacked so bad.

Someone else will have to take pics this time. Both of my bodies are dead.

After last year my plan was to go shrimping to supply us. Then in Oct I realized the shrimp were done and I hadn't gone out once.

As long as you remember to take one day off! I promised last year to get you out at least once to Kayak. I don't want anyone over burdened with work! With over 70 attendees there are plenty of hands to well....lend a hand!
