    All Weather Sportsman's Blanket

Does anyone have experience suspending this All Weather Sportsman's Blanket under their hammock for insulation? If so what temp can it go to and how did it work out for you?

    Thanks

Most people who have used those emergency blankets say that they are a vapor blocker and build up condensation.

they say that the space blanket is hard to pack away after use as it packs into a small bag and ya just can't get it back the way it was before ya took it out

Been there, tried that, froze my butt off... reflective Space Blankets aren't the magic bullet they're made out to be... In a pinch, they'll add 5-10 degrees (at best) to an underquilt, or at least block the wind, which can help tremendously...

If you want to save money go to a military surplus store & buy an army issue Ponch Liner and make an Under Quilt out of it. (There's a tutorial on here somewhere, can somebody help me out?)
And then add an emergency blanket when you need more warmth. But using an em. blk. alone is just not enough.
