Our kids are now adults and we have time to try something new. So after losing some weight and trying to take care of ourselves, it was my fitness goal to try backpacking this year. My husband and I went twice. We spent 3 days on the Interlocked Trail, NY and we just got back from a 3 day trip to the West Rim Trail, PA. After lurking for a long time I decided to join in because need some help/ideas. We REALLY need to lighten our loads!!! I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
